Interm Reflection
For this interm, I belived I have earned a G. I always attend class with a positive attitude, and my gym strip. I help out our new T.A. Priya with the attendance. Every time we have a fitness day, I try my best and put in my all. Even on choice days, I choose the sport which I think will help with my running skills (I am working on my endurance for Field Hockey). I am active outside of school with Field Hockey and Tae Kwon Do.

My Current Fitness Scores
BEEP TEST
April 19, 2013
Today I had a new personal best on the Beep Test. I reached level 8.
My goal for next time is between 8.5 and 9.
On Tuesday, February 5th, I did the Community Run with my Active Learning Class. The Community Run is about 3 1/2 km. Last time I ran the Community Run, it took me 32 min 44 sec. This time I improved and made 26 min 21 sec. I think I improved this much because I have been going to Field Hockey Practice twice a week, and with my regular gym class, I have been working on my running skills and techniques a lot more regularly compared to the beginning of the school year. I am very proud of my improvement in the community run. I would like to achieve the time of 23 minutes next time.
HILL RUN
On Tuesday, February 19th, I did the Hill Run for fitness day. This was the first time our class ran up this particular hill. I ran up the hill 11 times in 30 minutes (the 30 minutes is including the walk down). At the end, there was a race. I came second in my group of 4. Next time we do the hill run up this hill, I would like to run 13.
